Training ‘Strengthening Domestic Capacity to Prosecute and Adjudicate International and Transnational Crimes in Africa’, 18-22 March 2019

The following interviews were conducted with speakers and participants during the training course ‘Strengthening Domestic Capacity to Prosecute and Adjudicate International and Transnational Crimes in Africa’ held in The Hague in March 2019. The training was attended by 22 judges and prosecutors from ICC situation countries or neighbouring countries including Mali, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo and Togo.

The videos cover substantive issues as well as the specific challenges faced by these countries in the prosecution of international and transnational crimes.
